Shuttle Bus Selected for the “Buzduganul de Aur” Competition at Câmpulung Film Fest

We are delighted to announce that Shuttle Bus, the latest short film developed within Alegrias.Lab, has been officially selected for the Buzduganul de Aur competition at the 11th edition of Câmpulung Film Fest, Romania.

The film will be screened during the festival, taking place 13–16 August 2026, as part of the Romanian short film competition program.

At Câmpulung Film Fest, the recipient of the Buzduganul de Aur award is chosen by audience vote, making viewers an active part of the competition.

Written and directed by Alecs Nastoiu, Shuttle Bus is a minimalist observational short film about how systems emerge through human behavior, as a group of strangers wait for a shuttle bus that may or may not exist.

We are grateful to the festival selection committee for including Shuttle Bus in this year’s competition and look forward to sharing the film with audiences in Câmpulung.

More information about the screening schedule will be announced as soon as it becomes available.
